- Returned without shipping label
- Label tag is removed
How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return to us to process your refund, credit your charge card or handle your exchange. Until we process your return, we are unable to tell you the status of the return. For credits issued to credit cards, it may take two billing statements for your credit to appear on your statement.

We process most in-stock orders within 24-48 hours after we receive them (Monday through Friday). Once we verify your credit-card authorization, we'll get your order on its way. Plus, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order has shipped.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS? (and what will they cost?)
1. STANDARD DELIVERY: via U.S. Postal Service
This is your most economical way to ship. Your Standard Delivery order will take 6-10 business days on average for processing and shipping:
5 to 7 business days for delivery to East Coast addresses
7 to 10 business days for delivery to West Coast addresses
Note: Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, FPO/APO may take up to 20 days.
Larger orders may ship in separate lighter-weight shipments to keep costs as low as possible.

Want your order sooner? Simply place your in-stock ordery by 1:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday). Choose Priority Delivery. You'll pay $10.99 in addition to Standard Delivery charges.
Your order will arrive within 3 business days.
NOTE: Available for in-stock items only. All orders are subject to verification. Back orders ship via Regular Mail.
3. NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY: by 10:30 a.m. the next business morning!*
Need it overnight? No problem. Place in-stock order online or by phone - by 1:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday). Be sure to specify Next Business Day Delivery and provide your daytime phone number. Add $22.99 to Standard Delivery Charges.
NOTE: Available for in-stock items only.
*For Hawaii, Alaska and certain rural areas, Next Business Day Delivery time is by 5 p.m. Next Buiness day Delivery is not available in Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or Guam. Next Business Day Delivery is not available for shipments to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.

At this time, we cannot ship part of your order to one address and part to another address. For delivery to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
